Job description

Position: Telecom Support
Location: 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744
Duration: 4+ months
Worker will be tasked with performing an audit of CLinet field site telecommunications bills and related services.
Responsibilities include contacting filed sites to verify phone numbers and services being used and requesting a full Customer Service Report from Local Exchange Carriers. The phone numbers should be identified as phone system, fax, security, fire alarms, credit card machines, park residence lines. Discrepancies found will be researched and resolved in coordination with site purchasing personnel. Requests for credit from appropriate LECs will be initiated as appropriate. Contractor will be asked to document all activities, discrepancies found, changes in service and potential credits.
Contractor may be tasked with providing problem resolution related to telecommunications moves, adds and changes (MACs) in the Austin headquarters complex including platform support.
