What is a telecom supervisor?

Telecom Supervisors are professionals who oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of telecommunications systems and teams. They manage technicians, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and coordinate projects involving phone, internet, and data networks. Their responsibilities also include troubleshooting system issues, scheduling staff, and communicating with clients or upper management. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Telecom Supervisors often oversee multiple field teams responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom infrastructure.
