  • Demonstrated experience in MA voice system integrations and migrationsย 

  • Strong knowledge of SIP QoS VLANs and cloud telephony solutionsย 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Phone System Direct Routing SBC management and Cisco VoIP CUCM solutionsย 

  • Experience with contactย centerย analytics and reporting toolsย 

  • Knowledge of hybrid telephony environments and cloud migration strategiesย 

  • Certifications such as Genesys Cloud Certified Professional GCPGC or Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Expertย 

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance for voice systemsย egย E911ย 

  • Lead the assessment design and deployment of Genesys Cloud platforms during MA activitiesย
