A Day in the Life of the National Channel Manager:

The National Channel Manager is responsible for driving the channel partner strategy, optimizing sales performances, and expanding our national presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the telecom industry, strong relationship-building and recruiting skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships.

Where you will work:

  • This individual may be based remotely preferably in the greater Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, or Chicago, IL area with the availability to travel to the nearest office as needed.

A Day in the Life of the National Channel Manager:

  • Supports partners with the development and assessment, of new customer sales opportunities.
  • Build and develop pricing proposals with engineering and partners, as needed.
  • Work with SE's and sales and senior offer management team as needed to create proposals for complex and non-standard offers to drive sales.
  • Identify, recruit, train, and manage key channel partner relationships to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Effective communication to partners on installs, changes (renewals/upgrades).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to optimize partner success.
  • Drive innovative incentive programs to deliver partner engagement and sales growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting to ensure visibility into partner sales performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results
  • Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, and partners
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom products and services, including wireless, VoIP, broadband, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry events.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment are sixty-thousand annually. Our sales total compensation offers the uncapped commission potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
