We’re looking for an IT Project Manager who can bring structure to complexity, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and turn big technology initiatives into meaningful business results.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

As our IT Project Manager, you’ll lead technology projects from kickoff through delivery, helping connect business needs with smart, practical IT solutions. You’ll work closely with teams across manufacturing, R&D, IT, supply chain, marketing, vendors, and senior leadership to keep projects moving forward, risks managed, and stakeholders informed.

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects, including system integrations, software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and manufacturing technology improvements.
  • Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans that keep work organized and accountable.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Identify project risks early and develop practical mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Keep project documentation, deliverables, timelines, and post-project reviews organized and up to date.
  • Support change management efforts to help employees and teams successfully adopt new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Look for ways to improve project management processes, increase efficiency, and support faster delivery of key initiatives.
  • Ensure projects follow company policies, data protection expectations, and applicable industry or regulatory standards.

Requirements:

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience with system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, software development, or similar IT initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while keeping priorities, deadlines, and business goals in focus.

Bonus Qualifications

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or technologies used in a fitness equipment or product-based environment.
  • Experience in the fitness equipment industry or a similar sector.

Work Environment

  • This role works onsite 5 days a week.
