Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1650
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech
Job Details:
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Handle 20-30 cases per day in a surgical environment
• Work with patient types including general surgery, gynecology, ENT, pain implants, neuro, and heavy orthopedics (no transplants, hearts, or craniotomies)
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio
• Required certifications: BLS required; CST certificate preferred
• Experience with EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis charting systems and equipment required
• Scrubs are procedural color and provided by the facility
• Free onsite parking available
• Weekend rotation may be required if previously discussed and experience allows
• On-call responsibilities may apply if previously discussed and experience allows; 30-minute response time required
• Floating to GI may be required if previously discussed and experience allows
• All time off requests must be submitted through the Manager
• Support staff available on unit including OR Tech 1:1, charge nurse, phlebotomy/RN, hospitalist 24/7, bedside monitoring by anesthesia, and unit secretary
Facility:
This facility is a Level III Trauma Center and Level III NICU, as well as a Primary Stroke Center, offering a comprehensive range of surgical services. With 72 beds total and 8 beds dedicated to the surgical unit, the facility provides a well-supported environment with robust staffing resources and modern equipment. The surgical department handles a high volume of cases daily, supported by a strong interdisciplinary team.
