Job description

JOB TITLE: Asset Coordinator 

JOB LOCATION: Varies 


REPORTS TO: Office Manager 

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt 


The Asset Coordinator is the core of auction operations. They document auction items to prepare for sale and work on-site after the sale to ensure both sellers and buyers have a positive experience. 


QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Knowledge of farm/heavy equipment is helpful 


PRIMARY DUTIES 

  • Organize and tag items for sale 
  • Take photos and upload to the auction management website 
  • Create accurate and detailed descriptions of items for sale 
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to identify items, generate accurate descriptions, and validate make, model, year, and condition where applicable 
  • Help customers locate their purchases 
  • Assist in loading and unloading of auction items during pick-up 
  • Act as cashier at off-site pick-up 
  • Be visible during open houses, providing service to customers as needed
