Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a Program Manager to drives complex, cross-functional technology programs that enable business growth, operational excellence, and customer experience improvements.

This role owns end-to-end program outcomes across software delivery, network technologies (DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G), and/or technology-enabled business operations.

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Leadership
  • Own a major program comprising multiple initiatives and technical & operational delivery teams
  • Empowered to recommend sequencing, re-prioritization, or de-scoping of initiatives based on delivery performance, financial health, and value realization, in partnership with Product, Architecture and Finance
  • Translate business strategy into integrated technology roadmaps and execution plans
  • Manage sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across initiatives to optimize value delivery
  • Track and drive benefits realization, outcomes, and adoption metrics
Program Execution & Agile Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from intake and funding through delivery and stabilization
  • Oversee the alignment of multiple Agile teams using Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality, cadence, and transparency across teams
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team impediments
  • Measure and report on delivery health and remediation plans throughout the lifecycle of the program
Financial & Investment Management
  • Own program-level financials including budget, forecast, and milestone-based funding
  • Partner with Finance and leadership to support investment decisions and re-prioritization
