Role Overview
This position supports a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications. The role involves coordinating application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up for various technology initiatives. The expected outcome is coordinated execution, accurate reporting, timely delivery, and the successful completion of required activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests.
  • Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items.
  • Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts.
  • Engage with internal technology and support organizations, including Application Managers, Development Teams, Support Teams, Infrastructure Partners, Architecture Teams, Project Managers, and Risk & Compliance Teams.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with technology operations or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
  • Experience with project planning, documentation, and status reporting.
