Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Program Director to curate, develop, and execute high-impact event programs. This role requires 10+ years of experience in event programming, with a proven background in client-facing relationship management, speaker curation, project management, and strategic content development. As the Senior Program Director, you will act as the event quarterback, overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple annual conferences and executive-level gatherings.

You'll personally lead program and content strategy, speaker engagement, and partner activation for large-scale, multi-day events. The ideal candidate has experience producing market-leading events, elevating community engagement, and expanding client reach through compelling programming and high-touch client service.
