About the role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. This highly technical role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple concurrent IT projects across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across technical and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
What you'll do
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies using SmartSheets or similar project management tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, and external vendors.
  • Manage ERP-related projects, enhancements, integrations, and reporting initiatives, with a strong preference for NetSuite experience.
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating and resolving blockers.
  • Oversee system integrations, data migrations, process automation, and application rollouts.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, prepare executive-level reporting, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation of requirements, technical designs, workflows, and post-implementation outcomes.
  • Support change management efforts, including user communication, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Partner with vendors, MSPs, and consultants to ensure deliverables meet Brio's technical and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SmartSheets (required) or comparable project management platforms.
  • Experience managing ERP projects, preferably with NetSuite.
  • Solid technical understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, data flows, and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, systems integrators, or offshore teams.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus (not required).
