Responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Facilities Management

  • Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety
  • Complete quarterly onsite inspections which require manager to travel to each site.
  • Verify all work has been completed to satisfactory standards
  • Vendor management skills are required to ensure all vendors are delivering to the service levels expected and contracted to
  • Oversee daily operations of sites including setting priorities on work to be performed in collaboration with Facility Manager objectives
  • Manage PM work orders for ongoing inspections and regularly scheduled maintenance
  • Partner with MES to deliver high quality work order performance
  • Ensure that service levels are maintained at the appropriate level
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

Client Service/Satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain positive client relationship
  • Conflict resolution and solution analysis
  • Manage and Coordinate work requests with onsite staff

Compliance

  • Provides contract compliance management and quality control
  • Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program

Budgeting/Reporting

  • Aid in preparation of budgets for operations
  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

Desired Experience and Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of Facilities Management experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment, etc.
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS (Work Order) systems
  • Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary
  • Preferred Knowledge of real estate, management, accounting and building systems

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
