Technology Manager

Support Strategy & Technology lead in execution of 'Strategic Planning' and'management process' in the area of Technology Strategy development and execution. Support the business acquisition process and Pursuit Teams as required. Responsible for the Business Unit's (BU) technology strategy and execution. This includes creation of technology and product roadmaps. Responsible for BU IRAD planning utilizing the Harris IRAD portfolio management tool. Responsible for communicating expectations for strong and compelling IRAD business cases, that align with Strategic goals and the Business development Pipeline. Responsible for oversight of IRAD budget and establishing quarterly IRAD reviews. Responsible for ensuring the IRAD portfolio is included in and follows the Checkpoint process, tracking the progress of IRADs through the process, ensuring that required data artifacts and checkpoint reviews occur. Responsible for planning and execution of the Strategic IRAD process. Responsible for development of a Technology outreach and Innovation program across Harris and extending to external stakeholders such as universities and small businesses.
