Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Operations Team. This role is pivotal in managing and evolving our enterprise platforms, ensuring robust performance, security, and scalability across our infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud and network technologies, with a strong focus on operational excellence, change management, and documentation.
About the role
The Platform Operations Team plays a critical role in maintaining and advancing CFC's core technology infrastructure. In this role, you will work across a broad range of enterprise technologies to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our platforms. Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Network architecture and operations across LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi environments
  • Provisioning and supporting hybrid infrastructure (on‑premises, cloud, and mixed environments)
  • Server and storage management
  • Administration of virtualization and containerization platforms
  • Operating system patching and lifecycle management
  • Managing backup and restore services
  • Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning (BCP)
  • Delivering secure remote access and VPN services

This role is central to ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient, and scalable as CFC continues to grow.
About you
You are an experienced infrastructure or platform engineer with strong hands‑on technical capability and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. You bring a solid foundation in core infrastructure technologies and thrive in environments where reliability and quality matter.
Required experience & skills:
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Solid background in network technologies
  • Proficiency with change management frameworks and best practices
  • Excellent technical documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with NetApp storage solutions
  • Experience with Cato Networks secure SD‑WAN and cloud‑based network security
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
