Position Summary
The Office Operations Manager oversees daily office operations at The Second Wind corporate office, ensuring staff are meeting expectations, workflows run smoothly, and the office operates efficiently and professionally. This role serves as the point of accountability for day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise office staff, monitor daily task completion, and ensure accountability across the team

  • Oversee front-office operations including scheduling, patient/client intake flow, and phone coverage

  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs

  • Ensure administrative processes align with OASAS and compliance requirements

  • Serve as a point of contact for staff questions and escalate issues as needed

  • Support onboarding of new office staff

  • Maintain organized records and reporting for leadership

  • Address performance or attendance issues among office staff, in coordination with HR/leadership
