Office Operations Clerk

Location:New Jersey Office (In-Office, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Classification:Non-Exempt

What You'll Do:

As the Office Operations Clerk, you will be the central point of contact for Office Services and Mailroom Operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless internal communication and delivery services while maintaining the firm's day-to-day operational needs.

  • Sort, scan, email, and deliver incoming mail and faxes

  • Manage copying, printing, scanning, binding, and media duplication (CD/DVD)

  • Handle all incoming hand deliveries and overnight packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Schedule messenger services and stamp outgoing mail

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and prepare order lists as needed

  • Stock supplies in mailroom, supply closets, and kitchen areas

  • Set up and maintain conference rooms before and after meetings

  • Maintain cleanliness of mailroom, kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas

  • Move and transport boxes or files to designated areas as needed

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office equipment, including photocopiers and postage machines

  • Ensure timely reporting and resolution of maintenance problems

  • Accurately scan and record document receipt and mailing dates

  • Follow all written and verbal instructions to complete projects in a timely manner
