Regional Operations Manager – Central New Jersey


We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple staffing branches throughout Central New Jersey. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing branch leadership teams, improving performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional client service across the region.


The Regional Operations Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to execute company strategy while providing direct support and accountability to Branch Managers and onsite leadership teams.


Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Business Hours

Travel within Central New Jersey (approximately 25–30 miles) required. No overnight travel.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations for multiple staffing branch locations
  • Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and leadership teams
  • Establish and monitor branch KPIs, including fill rate, retention, and operational performance
  • Drive recruiting, onboarding, and client service initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies and operating procedures
  • Partner with executive leadership to implement operational strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business growth
  • Reinforce accountability, performance management, and leadership development
  • Analyze branch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of staffing industry experience required
  • Previous multi-branch, regional, or district management experience within staffing
  • Light industrial staffing experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, operations, client management, and workforce planning
  • Experience managing operational metrics and driving business performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central New Jersey
