Pay Range: up to $125,000 base salary annually

 Key Responsibilities (Leadership & Management) 
  • Act as the technical lead/PM for our migration to Microsoft D365/Salesforce. You will oversee the administration and strategic usage of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Salesforce Cloud, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
  • Create, document, and enforce comprehensive IT policies (Acceptable Use, BYOD, Incident Response) and Cybersecurity Policies (NIST alignment) to protect company assets and ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for forecasting, creating annual capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) budgets, and tracking ROI on technology investments.
  • Manage all third-party relationships, including ISPs, hardware suppliers, and software vendors.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor the support team, handle escalations, and foster a culture of technical curiosity.
Key Responsibilities (Technical & Architecture) 
  • Design and manage a high-availability network utilizing Cisco Data Center and Enterprise routing platforms.
  • Manage a multi-hypervisor environment; you will maintain legacy Proxmox clusters while architecting and building Windows Hyper-V Failover Cluster and/or VMware vSphere environments.
  • Oversee the physical health, firmware updates, and warranty management of our Dell and HPE servers.
  • Architect high-availability file services using DFS and manage Hybrid Identity (AD + Entra ID).
  • Manage Enterprise SANs (IBM) and ZFS storage arrays to ensure RPO/RTO goals are met.
Hands-on Technical Requirements / Qualifications
  • 10+ years overall IT experience in a workplace setting
  • At least 5 years' experience leading others in a technical environment
  • Ability to wear many hats and pivot quickly
Our Environment
Enterprise Software & Cloud:
  • Experience administering or managing integrations for Salesforce Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expert-level administration of the M365 ecosystem (Intune, Teams, Exchange Online)
Server Hardware & Infrastructure:
  • Lifecycle management of Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant servers
  • Proficiency with iDRAC (Dell) and iLO (HPE) for remote console access, BIOS updates, and hardware monitoring
  • Experience with RAID controller configuration, drive replacements, and memory upgrades.
Enterprise Networking (Cisco Focused):
  • Cisco Nexus series (Leaf/Spine architecture, NX-OS command set, Fiber connectivity)
  • Cisco ASR routers for high-throughput edge routing and Catalyst switches
Virtualization:
  • Experience designing Hyper-V Failover Clusters (Cluster Shared Volumes, Live Migration)
  • Management of VMware vSphere and Proxmox VE clusters
Windows Systems Administration:
  • Implementation and management of Distributed File System (DFS)
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO)
Storage:
  • Management of Enterprise SAN arrays (IBM FlashSystem)
  • Advanced file system management using ZFS (Datasets, Snapshots, Replication)
Security & Wireless:
  • pfSense firewall administration (Traffic Shaping, HA Proxy, OpenVPN)
  • Enterprise Wireless AP Management
Backup:
  • Veeam Backup & Replication for virtualized workloads
Preferred Certifications:
  • Cisco CCNP (Enterprise or Data Center)
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
