Crowe is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Manager to join our growing ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration work, with a strong focus on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You'll be part of a collaborative delivery team, working primarily behind the scenes to architect and build powerful, scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive real results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:

    • Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors

    • MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

    • Event Management rule creation and alert correlation

    • Service Mapping design and deployment

  • Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB feeders).

  • Translate technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations.

  • Work closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment.

  • Write and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.

  • Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.

  • Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews.

  • Engage with clients periodically during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience

  • 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.

  • 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on ITOM.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

  • Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly around documenting complex logic

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements.

  • One of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)- Discovery, Service Mapping or Event Management or Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred: Skills:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods

  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling

  • Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, etc.

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with MID Servers, connectivity, and system performance

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,200.00 - $210,900.00 per year.
