Job description

Job Title : Project Manager Legal Technology (Infodash/SharePoint Implementation)
Location : Washington, DC/ Hybrid / 2-3 days a week.
Duration : 6-12 Months
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Project Manager to lead the implementation of Infodash , our new SharePoint-based legal intranet and information governance portal.
This role will sit at the intersection of IT, Records Management, and Legal Operations, ensuring that the platform is deployed on time, within budget, and aligned with our firm's strict data governance and records standards.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online and experience managing software rollouts within a professional services or legal environment.
Years of Experience: 10-13 Years
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Leadership: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for the Infodash rollout in collaboration with the Director of Records & Information Governance.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between firm leadership, the Infodash vendor team, and internal IT/Security departments.
SharePoint Governance: Oversee the structural alignment of Infodash with existing SharePoint site collections, ensuring data permissioning and security protocols are maintained.
Timeline & Resource Tracking: Manage the project schedule, identifying potential bottlenecks in data migration or system integration (e.g., Document Management Systems, Billing, or HRIS).
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate testing phases with legal and administrative staff to ensure the portal meets the functional needs of a high-volume law firm. Change Management: Develop training materials and communication plans to ensure high adoption rates among attorneys and support staff post-launch.
Mandatory Skills
Experience: 10-13 years of Project Management experience, specifically managing SharePoint Online or Enterprise Intranet implementations.
Infodash Experience: Prior experience with Infodash or similar legal portals (Handshake, HubShare) is mandatory.
SharePoint Governance: Proven experience in SharePoint governance practices and implementation.
