Job Overview

This roleserves astechnologyproductownerforOrdertoCashtechnologyapplicationsstartingwith SAP S/4. Therole reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization andwill partner closely with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure scalable, compliant, and insightdriven solutions that support revenue growth, margin transparency, and operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in shaping the future ERP landscape for DePuy Synthes and driving measurable business impact through reliable financial and commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning,architecture,solutiondesign,andimplementationofapplicationssupportingglobalOrdertoCash (O2C) processes,starting withSAPS/4Sales & Distribution (SD)andsatelliteapplicationssuch asVertexto support medical device business processes

  • Lead design, integration, and optimization of credit check, pricing integration, billing, and invoicing solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.

  • Ensure seamless integration between Finance ERP and upstream/downstream commercial and operational systems.

  • Oversee commercial reporting capabilities, including daily sales, revenue and margin reporting, open order visibility, and inventory reporting.

  • Partner with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technology roadmaps and solution designs.

  • Provide governance and oversight for system changes, ensuring strong controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Lead, coach, and develop technology teams and system integrator partners to deliver highquality outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, and datadriven insights.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, ora relatedfield (required).

  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Provenexperience (10+ years) in enterprise IT with leadership responsibility forSAPS/4OrdertoCashand satelliteapplications.

  • Deep handson knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OrdertoCash, includingbut not limited toSD and Revenue Recognition.

  • Proven experience delivering credit management, pricing, billing, and invoicing integrations.

  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial reporting (sales, revenue, margin, open orders, inventory).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence senior Finance and business leaders.

  • Experienceoperatingin a regulated, SOXcompliant environment.

Preferred:

  • Experiencedesigning and deliveringlarge, global S/4HANAorder to cashimplementations

  • Experiencein medicaldevice, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Experience delivering AI enabled solutionsthat drive quantifiable ROIand business value.

  • Strong vendor and system integrator management experience.

  • Experiencewith advanced analytics and reporting tools integrated with SAP.

  • Change management and business process optimization experience.
