In this role, you will transform complex technology topics into clear, compelling stories that resonate across audiences. You'll shape communication strategies, partner across functions, and support high-impact launches and milestones. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your ability to simplify, align, and inspire will make a meaningful difference.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for business units
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible stories for internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align messaging
  • Support media, analyst, and influencer engagement with messaging, Q&As, and execution coordination
  • Manage timelines, reviews, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years in communications, PR, or corporate storytelling within tech or innovation-driven fields
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex topics
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with product launches, GTM cycles, or technology roadmaps
  • Familiarity with media intelligence tools such as Meltwater or Talkwalker
  • Experience using AI tools like Copilot 365 to enhance content development
  • Proven ability to identify risks early and propose practical solutions

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$142,000.00 - $241,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
