Contract Duration: 18+ months with extensions and possible full-time conversion Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to join a technology team supporting critical business operations. In this role, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to lead complex enterprise initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable technology solutions that address business needs.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives with cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Analyze business needs and develop detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend technology solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to implement strategic solutions.
  • Support enterprise incident management and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Communicate complex technical issues clearly to business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive root cause analysis and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Support IT governance, compliance, and operational controls.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Systems Analysis, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ITSM, monitoring, and operational tools including:
    • ServiceNow
    • Splunk
    • Grafana
    • Dynatrace
    • AppDynamics
    • Jira
    • Everbridge
    • Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot (or similar) to improve operational efficiency by summarizing information, generating communications, extracting action items, and validating outputs while maintaining data security.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting a Technology Command Center (TCC) or Major Incident Management function.
  • Experience leading large-scale incident bridges involving multiple teams.
  • Strong executive communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of IT controls, information security, and compliance.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
