  • Deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction aligned with program objectives
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies, assessments, and classroom management techniques
  • Develop and follow weekly lesson plans in alignment with curriculum and schedules
  • Provide individualized support, tutoring, and guidance to students
  • Monitor student progress, including attendance, performance, and academic outcomes
  • Grade assessments and submit results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and prepare instructional materials, labs, and equipment
  • Participate in faculty development and program improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning environment
  • Collaborate with leadership and report any concerns to the Program Director
