Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Associate to support our growing events team in Austin, TX. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event coordination, marketing, or production.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
  • Help manage event schedules and timelines
  • Provide support to guests, clients, and vendors during events
