Position Summary:

K2 Construction is hiring an onsite Information Technology Manager. We have employees in the Lincoln office as well as several field employees working throughout the state.

Responsibilities:

  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
  • Implement security measures.
  • Offer technical support to office staff and field employees and troubleshoot computer and I-pad issues.
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
  • Assist with the company website.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including operating systems, software, programming, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization.
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Associate of Science in information Technology desired. 3-5 Years of experience in Information Technology required.
