Job description

Reports to :Site Lead Department :USSTRATCOM Location:Bellevue, NE FLSA : Full-Time Exempt Job Summary : The Candidate will be supporting USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies.

SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety. Essential Functions: Performs oversight of the development, implementation and evaluation of information system security program policy; with a special emphasis placed upon integration of existing SAP network infrastructures. Develops and oversees operational information systems security implementation policy and guidelines of network security, based upon the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Advises USSTRATCOM on Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization issues. Performs risk assessments and make recommendations to USSTRATCOM. Develops and maintains a formal Information Systems Security Program.

Develops policies and procedures for responding to security incidents, to include investigating and reporting security violations and incidents.
