If you are looking for an exciting career opportunity in the IT, engineering, software development, logistics, and project management fields, Linchpin Solutions is the place to be! We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Onsite Daily, Full-time.
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, Fulltime.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain IT systems in both standalone and client-server environments. You will support Microsoft server infrastructure, Defense Message Systems (DMS), and other authorized government IT systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting end-user issues, performing hardware upgrades and repairs, and optimizing network performance across LAN and BAN environments. This position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with network protocols and infrastructure technologies.
General Skillset

Specific Skillset
  • Install, configure, service, repair, and maintain IT systems in standalone and client-server environments, including Microsoft server platforms and Defense Message Systems (DMS)
  • Integrate multiple Information Systems (IS) within a secure networked environment and resolve customer IT issues
  • Perform hardware upgrades, component replacement, and system repairs to maintain operational capability
  • Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, transmission media, and workstation hardware/software
  • Support storage networking devices and enterprise server hardware
  • Install, optimize, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN) and Base Area Networks (BAN)
  • Experience with IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and Network Address Translation (NAT)
