Job Title: IT Assistant

About the job:

The IT Assistant provides frontline technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop

environments, ensuring reliable systems, secure access, and a positive user experience.


We’re looking for someone who:

● Holds a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent

experience/certifications)

● Has 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

● Has hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments

● Is familiar with Active Directory, Azure AD, and basic PowerShell scripting

● Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

● Communicates clearly and delivers excellent customer service

● Is fluent in written and spoken English


What you’ll do:

● Provide walk-up and ticket-based IT support to employees, contractors, and consultants

● Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint,

and OneDrive

● Troubleshoot email, collaboration, and cloud storage issues

● Support user onboarding, account provisioning, password resets, and MFA setup

● Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows PCs

● Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

● Support printers, network devices, and IoT equipment

● Create user guides and deliver training for Microsoft 365 tools

● Maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting processes

● Implement and monitor security controls such as DLP, conditional access, and MFA

● Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
