Job Summary: This role is integral to the capital engineering team, focusing on managing facility projects that enhance manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and optimal performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving facility utilization, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from feasibility through construction.
  • Manage design firms, contractors, and other vendors.
  • Track project progress against scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in facility operations.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage projects within defined constraints.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in technical writing including authoring RFPs, RFQs, protocols, reports, and other technical documents
  • Medical Device/Biopharmaceutical manufacturing standards (i.e. GMP, FDA, ISO)
  • Experience with manufacturing environment standards.

Experience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is preferred.
