Pathways to Wholeness Mental Health in Waterbury, Connecticut, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This remote position requires a skilled mental health professional committed to delivering high-quality care to clients in a convenient and supportive manner. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You may be called to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client appointments and practice demands. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are uniquely tailored to the goals and circumstances of each client.

  • Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using various therapeutic interventions to best serve our diverse client population.

  • Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all sensitive information is protected.
