Qualifications

Qualifications:
BS/BA in education or scientific discipline, advanced degree preferred. 
Demonstrated technical writing experience.
Understands process concepts and able to produce documentation within delivery parameters.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Clearly and concisely describe concepts.
Performs effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised.
Experience with drug development, PharmSci, and GMP concepts.
Project and change management expertise, proven development and execution of project plans. 
Ability to understand customer needs and assist with determining paths forward.
Uses critical thinking skills and sound judgment to assess training issues to proactively solve problems.
Can work independently on assignments, self-identify areas to improve and take action to implement improvements.
