Job Description Tharros is seeking a Technical Writer for an upcoming program specializing in technical and analytical services that bolster USCYBERCOM's ability to counter cyber threats and carry out full spectrum cyber operations. The Junior Technical Writer supports mission and operational documentation efforts by assisting in the development, organization, and maintenance of technical reports, manuals, briefings, and operational documentation within classified environments. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and rapid skill development in technical writing, document control, research methodologies, formatting standards, and style guide compliance.

In this role, you will work closely with senior technical writers, analysts, engineers, and operational personnel to gather information, draft documentation, and support production of mission-critical written materials supporting cyber operations and enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university * Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph * 1+ years of experience with technical writing principles, document formatting, and editing practices * Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and document accuracy * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Ability to conduct research, organize information, and present technical concepts clearly and concisely * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments in fast-paced environments * Willingness to learn technical subject matter related to cyber operations, information technology, or defense missions * Prior internship, academic, or professional experience in technical writing, communications, journalism, or documentation support preferred Requirements * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph * 1+ years of experience supporting knowledge management, information management, records management, or collaboration initiatives within DoD or Intelligence Community environments preferred * Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, document management systems, and knowledge-sharing platforms * Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information and documentation * Experience facilitating communication and information-sharing across cross-functional teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise collaboration technologies * Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, mission-focused, and classified operational environments Summary Tharros combines extensive cyber defense knowledge with the world's preeminent vulnerability expertise to identify and defend against attacks before they become problems.
