We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Writer IV to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to create user-friendly documentation that enhances the usability of the Salesforce application. You will be responsible for producing high-quality user interface text, online help, developer guides, and other user assistance materials. This position is ideal for a self-directed individual who is passionate about technology, has excellent communication skills, and understands the impact of their work on the overall success of the product.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and update documentation for Salesforce AgentExchange.
  • Develop, write, edit, and format materials, including technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation.
  • Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines while creating, updating, and enhancing documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts.
  • Utilize innovative technical communication tools and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of technical writing experience.
  • Proven expertise as a Grade IV Technical Writer, including self-directed research and team collaboration.
