Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for delivering training, developing training plans, and partnering with Internal resources to create and update training materials. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker who is self-driven to stay up to date on the latest tools and best practices for product training.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Online instructor led training to customers
  • Develop and coordinate training schedules
  • Assess training needs
  • Conduct customer surveys and interviews
  • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
  • Support the conceptualization and development of training materials
  • Communicate training needs and online resources as appropriate
  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Review, test, and provide feedback on training materials
  • Provide accurate and timely training reports
  • Facilitate customer training and onboarding using approved materials
  • Document customer performance and outcomes of training
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
  • Travel as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer
