Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Xactly Developer to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions using Xactly Connect. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and business analysts to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable incentive compensation processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Xactly Connect, strong SQL skills, and a background in data integration.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Xactly Connect integrations
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into integration solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Xactly systems and processes
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Xactly Connect and incentive processing
  • Conduct regular system updates and perform ongoing maintenance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes
  • Provide technical support and user training for Xactly systems
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Xactly Connect and Xactly Incent

  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with API integrations and web services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional Xactly products (e.g., Xactly Analytics, Xactly Objectives)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
