Job description

A well-established design-build firm is looking to add a Project Architect to their team.


This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You will be involved in client interaction, running meetings, coordinating with internal teams and consultants, and staying engaged in the technical side of projects.


This is not a heavily layered corporate environment. The team is collaborative, and individuals are involved across the full project lifecycle with real visibility and impact.


Responsibilities:


Lead projects from concept through construction

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

Run project meetings and coordinate with internal teams and consultants

Produce and oversee construction documents in Revit

Ensure drawing accuracy, coordination, and code compliance

Support construction administration and field coordination


Qualifications:


6–12+ years of architectural experience

Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred

Strong Revit experience required

Experience leading projects and coordinating teams

Comfortable working directly with clients

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities


Compensation & Benefits:


Competitive base salary ($85K–$95K range)
