Job description

Description

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and organizing compliance documentation from various sources, and distributing relevant documents and information to customers and suppliers. This position is a full-time, at-will, hourly non-exempt role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to documentation requests from customers related to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Support the sales team with responding to document requests or related questions
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain internal technical and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and ongoing regulatory readiness
  • Maintain and update supplier and product data in food safety and compliance management software, and fulfill related documentation requests submitted through customer portals
  • Track and update supplier approval documentation as needed in support of and in coordination with regulatory control
  • Participate in departmental meetings and present cases for team discussions
  • Perform other documentation tasks as required ย 


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a related regulatory compliance environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiencyย 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business systems and software platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently


Physical Requirements:

  • Repetitive movement using keyboard
  • Able to regularly work on-site in an office environment, and occasionally in a food manufacturing environment.
