This position is responsible for guiding the design and development of solutions for a Next Gen Warranty and Analytics platform.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Guide the design and development of solutions for a Next Gen Warranty and Analytics platform. Work closely with the Next Gen Warranty project team, software partners and business to drive the right technical solutions for DTNA and our Dealers. Lead the integration of system solutions to align DTNA IT Infrastructure and Data Intelligence requirements. Stay aware of DTNA Infrastructure and Data strategies while also helping define those strategies Lead the integration of system solutions to align DTNA IT Infrastructure and Data Intelligence requirements. Work with the Next Gen Warranty project team to design infrastructure to support the implementation of Warranty system and analytics Sy platform. Develop technical and architecture diagrams to be provided to our Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure teams. Work directly with suppliers and to define requirements that fit with the selected Warranty platform. Support data migration of current vehicle and warranty data into new system from OWL. Plan, lead and track work packages and initiatives. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies including AI models on the Azure platform.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
  • 5 years of related IT experience.
  • Must have experience with: software development; working in a cross functional organization, analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements, handling ambiguity and leading tasks to completion; and computer networks and IT security management.
