Arka Innovate is hiring on behalf of our client for a Technical Project Manager.

Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and PMO teams to ensure seamless planning, execution, and release of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution
  • Own and manage detailed project plans, including cross-functional dependency tracking.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine scope, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end execution across the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a central point of coordination across Product, IT, QA, and business teams.
  • Provide regular status updates, including progress reports, risk summaries, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.
Environment & Release Coordination
  • Collaborate with IT teams to define instance/environment strategy.
  • Ensure environments are aligned with testing, deployment, and operational needs.
  • Manage go-live activities in partnership with Release Managers and Tech Leads, including deployment and post-release stabilization.
Risk & Governance Management
  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) in collaboration with PMO.
  • Ensure all project artifacts, approvals, and deliverables comply with governance frameworks and TIGC requirements.
Agile Delivery & Tools Management
  • Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards, ensuring accurate tracking of user stories, tasks, and progress.
  • Drive effective utilization of Agile practices across teams.
Quality Assurance & Testing Oversight
  • Lead QA processes, ensuring thorough test execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Coordinate UAT cycles, working with stakeholders to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
  • Drive timely resolution of bugs by collaborating with development and business teams.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Industry.

Strong experience in program/project management within IT or software delivery environments.

Proven track record managing cross-functional, enterprise-scale projects.

Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.

Deep understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and release management.

Experience managing RAID logs, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements (e.g., TIGC). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
