  • Collaborate with leadership to drive innovation, improve operational processes, and maximize profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep RES Exhibits at the forefront of the exhibit and trade show space.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes across all project phases.
  • Report to senior leadership on project status, team performance, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent financial acumen with the ability to manage large project budgets and drive cost savings without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project oversight.
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Project Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in project management within the construction or residential home building industries. (Trade Show industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, largescale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, internal teams, and vendors at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana) as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means projects are organized, communication is clear, budgets are actively managed, internal teams understand what is expected, and clients feel confident that RES is leading the work with discipline and care.
