Job Title: Project Manager

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology, the Project Manager will oversee daily IT operations for the Quality Manufacturing business unit. This role is responsible for ensuring a stable and compliant IT environment, managing resources, and aligning systems with business goals and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will lead system implementation efforts, maintain documentation, ensure software compliance, and drive process improvement through technology.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of IT in defining and executing the technology strategy for the business unit.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of IT systems following company policies and SDLC methodology.

  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) activities.

  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and innovation.

  • Ensure systems documentation, license compliance, and version/change control are maintained.

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all software and system use.

  • Manage IT procurement for hardware, software, and integration services.

  • Provide technical training and day-to-day supervision of IT activities, vendors, and consultants.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
