We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinatorto support our Engineering Leadership and engineering teams in delivering complex projects on time and within scope. This role bridges technical documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth execution across design, testing, and production phases.

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination: Assist in scheduling design reviews, prototype builds, and testing milestones.
  • Documentation management: Maintain engineering drawings, CAD files, specifications, and ensure version control.
  • Compliance tracking: Monitor adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Resource management: Track availability of lab equipment, materials, and engineering tools.
  • Reporting: Compile progress reports, test results, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
  • Communication: Act as liaison between Engineering Leadership, engineers, project managers, and external vendors.
  • Procurement support: Assist in sourcing specialized components, tools, or software licenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related technical field.
  • Experience in engineering project administration or technical coordination.
  • Familiarity with maintainingGantt charts to plan, track, and communicate project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira) Smartsheets and engineering platforms (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Work with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
