  • Establish project governance practices by maintaining documentation, controlling changes, and ensuring accountability throughout delivery.
  • Translate business requirements and feedback into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Identify and implement improvements to project management processes, tools, and ways of working across technical teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead within a software development or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple teams and complex dependencies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident facilitation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to align distributed teams and maintain progress in ambiguous situations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban environments, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
  • Experience in iGaming, software platforms, technical integrations, or formal project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is considered a plus.
Benefits
  • Fully remote working environment.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful technology projects within an international organization.
