Job Description:

Meade is seeking a Project Manager II to own end-to-end delivery of repeatable, bounded-scope projects with defined workflows and predictable delivery patterns. This role is accountable for planning, execution, and delivery outcomes using established playbooks and tools.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed project manager who excels at delivering repeatable, well-defined projects using structured workflows, templates, and project management tools while maintaining strong control over scope, schedule, and delivery quality.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and organize engineering documents (drawings, specs, reports).
  • Enforce naming conventions, version control, and document standards.
  • Manage document systems (Egnyte, SharePoint, Procore, etc.).
  • Distribute documents and manage transmittals.
  • Route documents for review and approval.
  • Track and maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, NTPs, and Pos.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards.
  • Archive completed project records and support close-out.

Typical Project Types:

  • Arc Flash studies
  • Standardized engineering deliverables
  • RFI and submittal resolution workflows
  • Template-driven or repeatable design scopes

Accountability:

  • On-time and on-scope delivery.
  • Accuracy and currency of project plans.
  • Early identification of risks and deviations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or a related administrative or technical field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Comfort working with structured workflows and templates.
  • Strong task, schedule, and dependency management skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp or similar).
  • Ability to execute independently within defined scope.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Compensation & Benefits:

This position is available to candidates residing in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, IN, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV. Compensation and benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and may vary based on location and applicable laws. The pay range for this position will be provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs.

The estimate pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Virginia: $61,000-$77,000
  • Washington: $64,000-$81,100

Eligible employees may participate in Meade-sponsored benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and other company-sponsored benefits.
