Role Summary
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) supports the Marketing Data Science organization by leading the delivery, integration, and operationalization of data-driven and analytics-enabled marketing capabilities. This role ensures that data platforms, pipelines, models, and AI-enabled use cases are delivered in a compliant, scalable, and production-ready manner—bridging Data Science innovation with enterprise execution.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Program Delivery
- Lead cross-functional delivery of marketing data and analytics initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent data-centric workstreams, dependencies, risks, and milestones
- Ensure analytics initiatives move from POC to production
Data Science & Technical Partnership
- Serve as operational partner to Marketing Data Science teams
- Coordinate with engineering, architecture, security, and risk teams
- Translate analytic requirements into execution plans
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Support enterprise governance processes
- Ensure alignment to data standards, risk, and regulatory expectations
Measurement & Activation
- Enable activation of analytics into marketing platforms
- Support testing, measurement, and reporting frameworks
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide executive updates on risks, trade-offs, and decisions
- Translate between technical and business stakeholders
