Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Global Field Support Team. This role provides strategic program leadership, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination for enterprise-scale IT modernization projects spanning more than 140 global sites. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, time-sensitive environments and excels at bridging technical and operational teams to deliver user-focused IT solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Program & Project Management: Provide technical, financial, and programmatic subject matter expertise to the DIA Global Field Support Team, enabling critical resource allocation, cross-technical field collaboration, and strategic advisement for enterprise-scale IT initiatives.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking activities to manage IT requirements, schedules, and site modernization efforts in support of customer objectives.
  • Performance Management: Establish goals and targets, monitor program performance, report against established criteria, and document lessons learned to ensure program objectives are consistently measured and achieved at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison across technical and operational teams to ensure project completion, anticipate and mitigate future deficiencies, and optimize resource utilization across 140+ global sites.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by eliminating waste through improved planning, coordination, and resource conservation strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management or related field, with at least a portion of experience within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree in Program Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited institution; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field plus an additional 5 years of senior-level experience (13 years total)
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of program management activities required to meet mission requirements
