Job description

As a Technical Program Management Engineer for the ALD Global Product Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of ASM's semiconductor equipment engineering projects. Working closely with the R&D team, you'll ensure our projects meet critical market needs, delivering cutting-edge solutions on time and within scope. Your expertise in organization and collaboration will shape the next generation of semiconductor technologies, aligning team efforts to exceed industry standards.

What you will be working on:
  • Manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process for New Product Introduction (NPI) to meet market requirements for features, schedule, and cost

  • Oversee project lifecycles, from Bill of Materials (BoM) creation to customer delivery, ensuring milestones are met

  • Coordinate product release timing and specifications with market and program priorities

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and finance, to meet project milestones and performance goals

  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives in partnership with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop capabilities for new products

  • Support technical development activities, including customer demos and product specification refinement

  • Participate in production forecasting and material requirements reviews with manufacturing teams
