Looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Phoenix to lead two scrum teams as part of an Enterprise Top Program 

Someone with extensive experience is project management as well as driving Agile ceremonies. 

Experience with Rally too 

Someone proactive 

Experience in Intelligence Automation and Case Management is required

Leverages technical knowledge to drive delivery of multi-disciplinary programs across technical, regulatory, and business requirements--from beginning to end. Translates business objectives into execution strategy. Anticipates, tracks, and resolves risks, dependencies, and impediments to project delivery.

Some key responsibilities: 

Steers execution on defined, program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs

Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery

Steers technical program conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design) and articulates solutions

Participates with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps 

Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates

Facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery

Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvements to the delivery process

Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams. 

Drives coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements

Ensures compliance with SDLC standards

Facilitates and plans change management and release management activities
