Job description

About us
Mark Anthony Brands is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating and doing the unexpected. Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we've grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company whose hallmarks include a portfolio of luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands, including White Claw® Hard Seltzer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Cayman Jack.
At Mark Anthony Brands we hire passionate people because nothing great is done without passion. We trust those closest to the work to do what's right, to act like an owner. We are growing a lasting legacy, where people come first.
What You'll Do:
As our new Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating the delivery of complex technology initiatives that support the US Supply Chain and Manufacturing organization. This role sits within US Supply Chain IT and is critical to enabling scale, transformation, and operational excellence in a rapidly growing business. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to ensure programs are delivered with discipline, transparency, and measurable business value.
Additional key responsibilities include:
  • Own and manage the US Supply Chain IT portfolio supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing outcomes, ensuring alignment to business priorities, capacity, and strategic objectives, especially during financial-year planning when initiatives are defined, sequenced, budgeted, and resourced.
  • Lead end-to-end execution across initiatives from intake through delivery, including planning, scheduling, dependency management, and day-to-day delivery mechanisms that keep work moving across workstreams.
  • Establish and run consistent program governance and operating cadence across the portfolio (steering committees, pre-reads, action/decision tracking, templates, reporting routines) to increase predictability and transparency.
  • Partner with TPOs/Product Owners, Project Managers, and Agile delivery teams to ensure disciplined delivery across Supply Chain and Manufacturing technology initiatives.
  • Drive process discipline and standardization, improving visibility and controls, especially around scope, timeline, and budget tracking, so performance is consistently measurable and issues surface early.
  • Provide timely and accurate portfolio updates, roadmaps, and performance reporting to senior leaders and stakeholder forums, ensuring stakeholders feel informed, heard, and aligned on decisions.
  • Lead continuous improvement of delivery tooling and workflows (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence), including designing, testing, and rolling out changes that streamline execution and increase transparency across distributed teams.
  • Identify, assess, and manage cross-portfolio risks, issues, and interdependencies, intervening where needed to unblock delivery while maintaining accountability for overall portfolio progress.

What You'll Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or complex project management in technology-driven environments.
  • Solid technical foundation in enterprise platforms/operational systems; Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or ERP experience mandatory.
  • Strong governance and reporting capability (cadence, steering committees, risks/issues, exec-ready updates).
  • Agile delivery experience working closely with Scrum Masters and Scrum teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to align teams around shared objectives.
  • Project Management certification required (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Who you are
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.
  • Drive growth & outcomes; activate complex work, enlist others effectively, anticipate and remove roadblocks. Move at pace.
